В соответствии с измененной редакцией Федерального закона «О трудовых пенсиях в РФ от 17.12.2001 № 173-ФЗ в редакции Закона от 24.07.2009г №213-ФЗ – статья 30.3
прошу произвести перерасчет моей пенсии по новому, выбранному мной варианту:
Пять лет, годы 1976-1980 включительно, по данным имеющейся у Вас справки в моем пенсионном деле за 10 лет работы в Институте Биологической физики АН СССР.
В указанные выше годы я, будучи кандидатом биологических наук с 1968 года, работал в качестве старшего научного сотрудника, руководителя группы. Моя средняя заработная плата за указанное пятилетие в два раза превышала среднюю заработную плату по стране. Однако, в связи с действующим тогда максимальным коэффициентом отношения зарплаты к среднему показателю – 1,2 – моя пенсия была существенно урезана.
Прошу это учесть при перерасчете, а также учесть обязательность проведения перерасчета, предусмотренную пунктом 1 статьи 30.3 (первый абзац) и пунктом 3 статьи 30.3
Прошу также сообщить размер моего заработка, осовремененного на дату 31.12. 1991 года и на первый квартал 1992 года.

Dan Markovich was born on the 9th of October 1940, in Tallinn. For many years his occupation was research in biochemistry, the enzyme studies. Since the middle of the 1970ies he turned to painting, and by now is the author of several hundreds of paintings, and a great number of drawings. He had about 20 solo exhibitions, displaying his paintings, drawings, and photo still-lifes. He is an active web-user, and in 1997 started his “Literature and Arts Almanac Periscope”. In the 1980ies he began to write. He has four books of short stories, essays and miniature sketches (“Hello, Fly!” 1991; “Mamzer” 1994; “By the Sweep of the Tail!” 2008; “The Cookies Book” 2010), he wrote eleven short novels (“LBC”, “The Turncoat”, “Ant”, “Paolo and Rem”, “White Dwarf”, “The Island”, “Jasmine”, “The Last Home”, “Footprints on the Seashore”, “Nemo”), one novel “Vis Vitalis”, and an autobiographical study “The Monologue”. He won several literary awards. Some of his works were published by literary magazines “Novy Mir”, “Neva”, “Kreshchatyk”, “Our Street”, and others.

Understandable when you recall that this when the Cold War was still fresh and intense, but unthinkable now. P.S. As late as 1964 a Bundeswehr barracks was named after WW2 Gen. Eduard Dietl. It was not renamed until 1995.

I assume lcab and osslsigncode are not 100% compatible for the signing process.Since you only need the signature to proceed with the bootloader I see no reason not to create it with native windows tools.

Я думаю, что считать они умеют, просто во многом хитрят и юлят. Большинство народонаселения лениво и нелюбопытно, — «да… может и обманули… но я все равно не разберусь и ничего не пойму…» Алгоритм начисления пенсии очень запутан. Но не спеша, по пунктам можно разобраться — он изложен в самом законе.
    Но, возможно, я привыкла разбираться в алгоритмах… Как бывший программист 🙂

  125. Я энзимолог с физико-химическим уклоном.. Работал много лет в лаборатории М.В.Волькенштейна, занимался регуляцией ферментативной активности, аллостерией, структурными переходами в ферментах при регуляции активности. Использовал физические методы — круговой дихроизм, оптическую активность, специфические флуресцентные метки. Ферменты — в основном дегидрогеназы.

  128. Мне интересно, скопировала. Я целый год «боролась» с ПФ за правильный расчет пенсии… Они не включили в первоначальный расчет заработок последнего года работы. Потом, дескать, пересчитают… в следующем августе. Я пенсию просчитала сама, «руками», — просто взяла этот самый закон и по пунктам сама считала. В итоге после трех заявлений добилась правильного начисления и еще почти 3 тыс. недоначисленных вернули.
    Но этот пресловутый коэффициент 1,2… Они посредством него обрубают пенсии почти всем — такой закон сочинили! У меня реальный коэффициент был где-то 2,4… По их закону положено не больше 1,2 Но мне начисляли два года назад 🙂
    Интересно, что Вам ответят…
