Миниатюры. Я называю это — плашка. Плашка миниатюр. Обычно их шесть. Подобрать точно, как триптих, например… невозможно. Но можно действовать дальше, убрать границы, смешать пятна… Ничего нового тут нет, давно так делали. Но если изначально вещи мои — то резон есть, и интерес тоже.

Я не артист, правда, свою прозу читал. Лучше всего удалось прочитать повесть «Последний дом». Вязко, длинно, не меняя ракурса, правда, иногда есть глаза. Больше не читаю.

Илл. к повести «Остров» и к повести «Робин, сын Робина» Это разные вещи, хотя совпадения по тексту имеются, и их много. Только смысл вещей разный. В Робине я удалил тему ВИНЫ, осталась одна СТАРОСТЬ. Оставшейся мне показалось достаточно. Но и «Остров» есть. И вообще, все это про ОСТРОВ, жить можно только на острове, этим и кончается жизнь. Начиналась в окружении страшном, а кончается в фарсовом, и выход только один — уходить подальше от всего этого маразма, который за окном творится. Мне говорят — а бороться? Во-первых, моя песенка уже спета, остались последние слова. Во-вторых, ЗА КОГО тут, да и везде бороться, неужели не ясно, что происходит, огромное стадо потянулось туда, где когда-то первые племена возникали. И там поймают этих первых трех-четырех с «аномалиями» — кастрируют, и вздохнут с облегчением…

Dan Markovich was born on the 9th of October 1940, in Tallinn. For many years his occupation was research in biochemistry, the enzyme studies. Since the middle of the 1970ies he turned to painting, and by now is the author of several hundreds of paintings, and a great number of drawings. He had about 20 solo exhibitions, displaying his paintings, drawings, and photo still-lifes. He is an active web-user, and in 1997 started his “Literature and Arts Almanac Periscope”. In the 1980ies he began to write. He has four books of short stories, essays and miniature sketches (“Hello, Fly!” 1991; “Mamzer” 1994; “By the Sweep of the Tail!” 2008; “The Cookies Book” 2010), he wrote eleven short novels (“LBC”, “The Turncoat”, “Ant”, “Paolo and Rem”, “White Dwarf”, “The Island”, “Jasmine”, “The Last Home”, “Footprints on the Seashore”, “Nemo”), one novel “Vis Vitalis”, and an autobiographical study “The Monologue”. He won several literary awards. Some of his works were published by literary magazines “Novy Mir”, “Neva”, “Kreshchatyk”, “Our Street”, and others.

    А насчет борьбы… Не знаю. Все-таки, борьба — это когда сопротивление через страх, и воообще — когда делается что-то ВОПРЕКИ! Я же все-таки стараюсь придерживаться позиции — не делать ничего «от противного», даже если это «противное» очччень противно! 🙂 То есть, я против борьбы, она быстро ставит нас на уровень тех, с кем решил бороться. А они так поднаторели в этих своих копошениях, что только обрадуются, завидев нового оппонента.
    Поэтому мне кажется, что единственное, что для них опасно и даже может быть смертельно, если не обращая внимания на их выкрутасы и мелкие судорожные движения, продолжать и продолжать свое, это не дает гарантии никакой, потому что зависит от твоих возможностей, но все-таки дает шанс: вдруг в будущих поколениях окажутся нормальные люди 🙂
